RAVI NIGAM
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 45 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy, Ravi Nigam has been a driving force behind Tech-n-Eco Group. His expertise spans industrial, residential, and commercial infrastructure, specializing in structural restoration, redevelopment, and large-scale project execution.
Professional Journey:
He began his career in 1983 at Davy Power Gas (now Aker Power Gas), working as a Construction Engineer on major industrial projects for Herdillia Chemicals, Hindustan Lever, Bharat Petroleum, and more. Joined Polychem Ltd. in 1986, progressing to Project Manager, overseeing industrial projects and structural rehabilitation of plants and residential colonies across Mumbai, Pune, and Baroda. He was briefly the Asst. Engineer at PWD Gorakhpur in 1991 before returning to the private sector to focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Established Tech-n-Eco PMC Pvt Ltd in 1996, leading structural restoration projects for buildings deemed unsafe by the BMC and expanding expertise into redevelopment and seismic retrofitting.
Vision & Leadership:
Under Mr. Nigam’s leadership, Tech-n-Eco evolved from a specialized PMC firm into a multi-vertical enterprise. His entrepreneurial foresight and commitment to innovation have driven the expansion of the business into Infrastructure, Investment, Sustainability, Agriculture, and Studio.
He has mentored and empowered his team to explore new-age solutions, integrating technology, sustainability, and creative thinking into the company’s growth strategy. His vision for the future is to create an impact-driven, diversified business group that continues to shape industries and drive progress.
Industry Contributions:
Mr. Nigam has been actively involved in knowledge-sharing initiatives, including organizing seminars on “Seismic Assessment & Retrofitting” in collaboration with The Institution of Engineers (India). His dedication to engineering excellence, safety, and sustainability continues to shape the future of infrastructure development at Tech-n-Eco Group.
